"No. There are no fees to make online table bookings. frinkl suggests customers to be punctual with table bookings so restaurants will not have to wait. In case of beein late please inform the restaurant to avoid unnecesary cancellation."

Unfortunately, frinkl does not have features to modify reservations yet. frinkl suggests users need to cancel reservations and add appropriate comments to inform the restaurant. And then make a new booking.

From your web browser -
(1) Go to frinkl.com
(2) Click on the "Sign in" link in the upper right of the page.
(3) Click on the "Forget Password?" link on the sign in page.
(4) Enter your email address and a password reset code will be sent to your email address.
(5) Create a new password.

If you did not cancel your booking, but you received an email cancellation notice, that means the restaurant has marked your reservation as a cancellation in their Book Table system. This could have been done by accident, or intentionally if an issue suddenly affected the restaurant's ability to host the guests. Please try to make a booking on another available date.

There are no cancellation fees. Book Table recommends that in case of no-show, please go to the user account and cancel the booking. It helps restaurants to have effective use of their space. Please note that every no-show reservation can get added to the user profile which might impact guests account ratings and that may result in account blockage.
